GST Due Date

For Regular dealers late fees Rs. 50 ( with liability , subject to max Rs. 10000 )
For Nil Return late fees Rs. 50 ( with liability , subject to max Rs. 10000 )
For Late payment simple interest of 1.5% per month

Regular GST registered persons must pay online by the 20th of the following month via net banking or E Challan to avoid a daily late fee of Rs. 50/- under CGST & SGST, up to Rs.10,000/-. Late fees are based on delayed return filing and must be paid first before filing GSTR3B.
